Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across diverse platforms.

Ability to work with various middleware and API management tools to enable seamless connectivity.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex integration issues and optimizing system performance.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integration projects.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support continuous delivery.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
