Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration services. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application design considerations. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
