Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You will engage deeply with client requirements, interpreting their needs to design and implement technology and business strategies. Your role includes leading conversations around transformation initiatives, enhancing the customer experience, and shaping functional and application designs to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to bridging business goals with technological capabilities, fostering collaboration across various stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
• Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow between applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
