Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring their needs are effectively translated into practical technology solutions. This role requires active engagement in discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business requirements. The Integration Engineer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological implementation, fostering seamless integration and driving successful project outcomes through thoughtful consultation and strategic planning.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration solutions.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical and process-related challenges.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.

Experience with API design, development, and management.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
