Integration Architect

1. Education: BE/BTech (shortlisted institute); MBA (shortlisted preferred, but other institutes are ok too; not a mandatory requirement if the candidate is from the desired org/grade as described in #4).

2. Skills: Sales responsibility with demonstrated results, Client relationship management, Portfolio Management with full P&L responsibility, hands-on experience in technology transformation projects as architect/project manager in the recent past.

3. Tech stack: Microsoft stack of technology and tools; depth of expertise and experience will be tested during the assessment of the candidates.

4. Experience:

a. About 12 - 18 years of overall experience.

b. Must have P&L responsibility for international delivery engagements (must be evidenced through data points and reference checks)

c. Must have offshore delivery experience the recent 10 years or more

d. Must have programme and project management experience in projects.

e. Must have experience in managing large teams of multiple clients/projects.

f. Experience on working with clients in India is desired.

g. Must have experience in working for client organisations in India and foreign clients.

h. Must have demonstrable expertise in verbal and written communication.

i. Must be flexible to travel in different locations within India for project work

j. Must have good understanding on large and complex technology led projects.

k. Must have good experience in one particular technology stack.

l. Experience in infrastructure design and implementation will be nice to have (not mandatory)

m. Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology

n. Should have PMP certification or TOGAF certification

5. Role and responsibilities: The selected candidate will be inducted into the Digital Integration competency that is a more than a 1300-member team working on large and complex client engagements in India and overseas. The selected candidate is expected to bring new technology capabilities (excluding AI) on the table that the competency will find aligned with its growth strategy while serving its existing clients better. At the same time, the selected candidate should be able to work on building new client relationships and building new business accounts for the competency.
