Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Integration Architect with strong IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) expertise to lead enterprise integration architecture and delivery across complex environments. The role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing communication, and experience working across global onshore-offshore teams.

- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE .
- Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and shape scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across integration design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.
- Lead and collaborate with global onshore/offshore engineering teams.
- Drive integration modernization across APIs, messaging, and enterprise applications.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 15+ years of IT experience with strong Integration Architecture experience.
- Expert-level IBM ACE / IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB) experience Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP, messaging, and middleware.
- Proven experience in client-facing architecture and stakeholder management .
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models .
Good to Have
- MuleSoft and/or Apigee.
- API Management, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.
- AWS/Azure integration services and cloud modernization.
- Containerization and modern integration platforms.
- Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
- MuleSoft/API/integration certifications.
