Responsibilities

- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency
- Developing operational strategies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Implementing advanced analytics tools and supply chain platforms to optimize visibility and decision-making
- Driving process automation initiatives using technologies like RPA and GenAI to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, and Palantir to extract actionable insights for performance management
- Conducting workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge on new tools and technologies
- Supporting team hiring, training, and development activities to build capabilities
- Engaging in business development activities, including RFP responses and opportunity identification
- Validating that engagements follow quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations while maintaining stakeholder relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
