Shift: Rotational Shifts (Candidates should be flexible to work as per business requirements)

Graduate and post-graduate from a recognized university.

Mandatory Experience:

• Medic or Paramedic with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Health or Life Insurance Underwriting.
• Candidates with a clinical/medical background and relevant insurance underwriting experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Underwriting Specialist with strong medical, technical and underwriting expertise in Health or Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for processing health insurance applications and proposals, making underwriting decisions in accordance with established guidelines, driving team productivity and accuracy, and supporting day-to-day operational and quality management activities.

The role requires an individual with strong underwriting knowledge, medical/clinical understanding, decision-making skills, communication abilities and team-handling experience.
