Role Summary:

Globiva is hiring experienced Team Leaders for Health Insurance Sales and Life Insurance Sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20–25 agents and driving revenue & performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle & manage a team of 20–25 sales agents
• Drive team targets (Revenue / Premium / Conversion %)
• Monitor Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPIs
• Track Dialer performance, Productivity, Talk Time & Conversion Ratio
• Maintain Shrinkage, Attendance & Adherence
• Manage Rostering & Manpower Planning
• Conduct daily Huddles & Performance Reviews
• Ensure adherence to Quality & Compliance standards
• Improve Upselling & Cross-selling performance
• Handle escalations and maintain team engagement

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in Insurance Sales (Health/Life)
• Strong knowledge of BPO metrics: AHT, Occupancy, Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Conversion %
• Target-driven and strong team handling skills
• Good communication & leadership abilities
