Insurance Sales (Team Leader)

Role Description : The Team Leader will oversee a sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to support individual and team success.

• Responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting jewellery insurance products, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company guidelines.
• The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, coordinating with underwriting and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant insurance regulations and internal policies.
• The Team Leader will participate in sales planning, report on pipeline and results to management, and help develop tactics to expand the customer base and improve client retention.
