Insurance Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, digital leads, references, and other company-provided sources.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Convert leads into policy sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.
• Ensure good customer service and support after sales.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
• Comfortable with sales and target-based work.
• Candidates who are willing to work in a direct sales role.
