Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our in-house sales team and drive business growth in General Insurance, with a strong focus on Fire & Property Insurance.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through the team as well as individual business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of General Insurance products, particularly:
• Fire Insurance
• Shopkeeper's Insurance Policy
• Burglary Insurance
• Property & Commercial Insurance
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Health/Mediclaim and Motor Insurance to existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with CROs from other verticals and motivate them to cross-sell Fire & Property Insurance to their existing customers.
• Visit insurance companies regularly to develop relationships, understand products, discuss quotations, and coordinate business requirements.

Target Client Segments

The candidate will be expected to develop business from segments such as:

• Textile traders and businesses
• Electronics retailers
• Computer hardware dealers
• Wholesalers and distributors
• Shop owners and commercial establishments
• Offices and other business premises
• Other SMEs and commercial establishments requiring Property/Fire Insurance
