Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Agency Manager to develop and manage the agency sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and managing insurance agents/advisors to achieve business and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
• Build, develop, and maintain a strong agency network.
• Train and mentor agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and processes.
• Drive agents to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Generate business through the agency channel and ensure consistent sales performance.
• Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and support.
• Develop strong relationships with agents and help them generate new customers.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy-related processes.
• Track sales performance, productivity, and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in sales meetings, campaigns, and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 26 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, BFSI, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting and managing agents/advisors will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good sales and team-handling capabilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
