Jewellery Insurance Specialist Sales & Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to develop and manage Jewellery Insurance business, especially for jewellers, bullion dealers, jewellery manufacturers and traders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business from jewellers, bullion dealers and jewellery businesses.

* Handle Jewellers Block Policy / Jewellery Insurance requirements.

* Generate business for Gold, Silver, Diamond & Jewellery Stock Insurance.

* Handle Jewellery/Valuables in Transit and Marine Transit Insurance.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with jewellery industry clients.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy issuance.

* Follow up on renewals, endorsements, claims and policy servicing.

* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile:

* 2–7 years of experience in General Insurance Sales / Business Development.

* Experience in Jewellery Insurance / Jewellers Block Policy will be highly preferred.

* Experience with jewellers, bullion dealers or jewellery industry clients will be an advantage.

* Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Candidates having an existing network of jewellers/bullion dealers will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

* 30,000 – 40,000 per month

* Performance-based incentives

* Additional incentives/commission based on business generated
