Insurance Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to support U.S. Commercial & Trucking Insurance operations, with a focus on quoting, online rating, new business submissions, claims support, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle/assist with Trucking Insurance quoting and online rating through carrier and rating platforms.
• Enter and verify applicant, driver, vehicle, and risk information.
• Prepare and submit new business applications to carriers, wholesalers, and MGAs.
• Review applications and documents for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Support claims activities, loss runs, and claims documentation.
• Assist with policy renewals and collection of required information/documents.
• Maintain accurate trackers, quote details, submission status, and policy records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, wholesalers, and MGAs for requirements and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Knowledge or interest in U.S. Commercial / Trucking Insurance.
• Exposure to Trucking Insurance Quoting / Online Rating is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of insurance applications, submissions, claims, renewals, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn insurance systems, carrier portals, and client-specific processes.

Training: Training will be provided on client-specific processes and systems.
