Position: Sales / Relationship Manager Direct Channel

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate life insurance leads through calling, referrals, and digital sources.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance and financial needs.
• Explain and sell Tata AIA life insurance products.
• Conduct customer meetings and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Complete documentation and ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / equivalent qualification.
• Freshers can apply; relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales/customer meetings.
• Candidates with BFSI, Life Insurance, Banking, BDE, Telesales or Direct Sales experience can be considered.

Salary: As per company norms + incentives.
