Insurance Follow Up - Analyst / Specialist / Senior Specialist

Position overview

The position is a full-time follow up/analysis/calling Job. The associate should possess RCM domain experience and functional/operative knowledge in AR follow up and Insurance Calling. Responsible for following up on no response and denied claim as per the process guidelines. Performs work requiring analysis, data maintenance, calling insurance payers, website check and reporting to immediate supervisor. Responsible for identifying trends/ patterns on the denial scenarios and reports to team supervisors. Informs supervisors of issues with payer adjudication, reports for resolution. Responsible for working on reconsiderations, appeals, refund requests, overpayments.

Skills & Experience

Skills: Proficient knowledge of computer, Microsoft office, Communication Skills English (Verbal/Written).

Experience: The associate should possess 1 years to 8 years of RCM domain experience and functional knowledge/experience in AR Follow up and calling.
