Insurance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Executive to manage backend insurance operations, documentation, data management, and reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and report preparation, along with the ability to coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend insurance operations, including policy processing, renewals, and documentation.
• Maintain and update insurance-related data, customer records, and policy details in Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure proper maintenance of insurance records.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments regarding policy status, pending cases, and documentation.
• Track policy issuance, renewals, and other insurance-related activities.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the team in day-to-day reporting and other backend administrative activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance processes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in backend operations, MIS reporting or insurance operations is preferred.
• Accuracy-focused, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
