Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of policy documents, premiums, and claims data.
• Process new policy applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy-related issues and ensure seamless communication.
• Process the pre-authorisation of patients through the TPAs to obtain authorisation for surgery
• Process the bills and hand over the same to the collection team after checking.
