Insurance Executive HR Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Handle renewal of various insurance policies including Employee Benefits, General Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Motor Insurance.
• Provide administrative support to all departments.
• Obtain, verify, and compare quotes from multiple brokers.
• Handle employee queries related to insurance coverage and claims.
• Process and file insurance claims and coordinate with surveyors.
• Maintain records of policies, claims, and documentation.
• Support planning and execution of CSR activities
• Maintain records and documentation of CSR initiatives.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities (documentation, induction, employee file creation).
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and employee support.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labor laws.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, stationery, maintenance, and other services.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities.
