Job Description:
- Communicate with insurance companies for the purpose of collecting and documenting information necessary to financially clear patients eligibility, authorization, benefits, and calculate patient liability
- Ensure all notifications and authorizations are completed within the required timeframe
- Ensure all demographic information entered in the PMS is correct
- Notifies practitioners and/or clinics of any financial responsibility for services provided and requested services that are not covered by the insurance
Job Requirement:
- Fluent verbal communication abilities in the English language
- Basic working knowledge of computers
- Willingness to work continuously on night shifts
- College degree preferred
