Insurance Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B and B2C clients for insurance products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and individual customers
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of clients
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Sales/Development
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Good understanding of insurance products and market dynamics
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Good knowledge of insurance products (Life/Health/GeneralInsurance).
