• Freshers with good medical terminology and clinical knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation.
• Identify diagnoses, procedures, and medical services documented by healthcare providers.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on coding guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and complete medical coding of patient records.
• Follow healthcare regulations, coding standards, and company quality procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
• Participate in training and continuous learning on coding updates.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Basic knowledge of diseases, treatments, and clinical procedures
• Good English communication and comprehension
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn medical coding concepts and guidelines
• Basic computer knowledge
