Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals in for the role of Process Associate. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Property and Casualty

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions related to International Life and pension Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Review and validate insurance-related information and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.
• Adhere to established quality standards, process guidelines, and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and business information.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in International Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Strong understanding of Property and Casualty, Life and pension surance operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory.
• Salary credits from previous employers must have been processed through a bank account; cash salary payments will not be considered.
