Insurance and Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Life Insurance and General Insurance business in the assigned district.
• Develop and manage a network of high-performing VLEs.
• Generate and track LMS leads through VLEs.
• Increase monthly activation and productivity of VLEs.
• Ensure collection of renewal premiums and improve renewal business.
• Onboard new VLEs and institutional partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual premium targets for both LI and GI segments.
• Conduct regular engagement and support activities to improve insurance penetration.
