Role Description The Insurance Advisor role at FinanceKaro Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Insurance Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance products. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy features, preparing quotes, assisting with applications, and following up on renewals and claims-related queries. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and staying updated on insurance regulations and product changes. The Insurance Advisor is expected to deliver consistent, customer-focused service and support overall business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Insurance products and practices, along with a solid understanding of Finance fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, including the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance and financial recommendations.
• Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex information in an accessible manner.
• Relevant experience in insurance advisory, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in office software and digital tools for documentation and client management is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience may be considered.
