Instrumentation Technician

Work Location: GACL Plant, Dahej (On-roll Sigachi Industries) Department: Maintenance / Instrumentation Employment Type: Full-time

Role Objective

To maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot plant instrumentation systems, ensuring accurate measurement, smooth operations, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Calibration: Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in control systems, transmitters, and sensors.
• Documentation: Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Follow GACL and statutory safety guidelines during work.
