Instrumentation - Team Leader/Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of ABB DCS 800xA systems.
• Guide maintenance team in breakdown resolution and reliability improvement.
• Calibration and repair of process field instruments.
• Troubleshooting of networking and communication systems (Profibus).
• Setup of testing stations for valves and controllers.
• Implement CAPA and ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and ISO documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Lead and guide maintenance teams independently.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of independent team handling experience.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Customer-focused with strong ownership mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
• Familiar with safety standards and ISO systems
