Instrumentation Engineer

Job Profile:

• Troubleshooting skill of Parenteral area process equipment like LYOPHILIZER, ALUS, VIAL WASHING, STERILIZING TUNNEL, VIAL FILLING AND SEALING LINE, PFS FILLING, Autoclave, MFG VESSEL, LAF, DPB etc.
• Trouble shooting of Packing Area Equipments like Blister packing, Cartonetor, labeling m/c, check weigher, Bundling M/c, 2D-3D inspection m/c , conveyer etc.
• Lighting distribution and 3 phase 1 phase electrification work
• Skill of Electrical drawing, GA, P & ID reading and understating
• Material management and procurement in SAP.
• Man-power handling with safety compliance.
• Knowledge of Equipment / Instrument calibration activity (Pressure gauge, Transmitter, Sensors, controller etc.)
• Knowledge for VFD Programing, Door interlock system, Fire Alarm system, UPS system
• Knowledge of documentation like GMP, GDP, SOP, CRF, CAPA, Deviation etc..
• Knowledge for troubleshooting of HMI, PLC & SCADA system,
• Knowledge of HVAC and Process equipment validation.
• Knowledge of preparation and maintain of preventive maintenance planner, check list, Calibration schedule etc.
• Better Communication skill for interact with cross department.

Preferred Candidature:

Minimum 4 + Years in Pharmaceuticals as an Instrumentation Engineer.

Education- Diploma/BE/B.Tech- EC/Electronics/Instrumentation
