JOB DESCRIPTION INSTRUMENTATION
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure zero breakdowns related to instrumentation for process equipment.
2. Ensure zero breakdowns related to instrumentation for utility equipment.
3. Responsible for maintenance of laboratory instruments during breakdowns.
4. Provide training to downstream teams to enable them to resolve instrumentation issues independently.
5. Raise indents for instruments and related requirements as and when required.
6. Perform troubleshooting of plant instrumentation and manage instrumentation spares.
7. Provide instrumentation support to vendors and QA during the installation of new equipment.
8. Coordinate and manage OEM services during breakdowns and AMC visits.
9. Ensure timely updating and maintenance of GMP-related documentation for the team.
