Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Storyboards for instructional content, activities and assessments.
- Utilise Adobe Captivate to design and develop interactive and multimedia rich learning modules.
- Collaborate with SMEs/ Team leads to gather the required information.
- Visualise instructional graphics, user interface and final product.
- Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the e-learning modules.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor s/ Master s degree in instructional design or Education technology preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Awareness of the latest LD theories/ frameworks and deeply familiar with SCORM, Bloom s Taxonomy.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
