Roles and Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in creating engaging visuals through storyboarding, PowerPoint presentation creation, and infographic development.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  
• Excellent written communication skills for content writing and presentation skills for delivering trainings.
