Instructional Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality course content that meets client requirements.
• Develop interactive simulations, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from learners to iterate on course improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline for developing interactive e-learning modules.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
