Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer is a practitioner responsible for independently designing and developing high-quality learning solutions. This role requires a strong command of instructional design methodology, content development, and technical execution to produce learning materials that meet rigorous quality standards. The individual will work with greater autonomy on complex projects, apply AI-assisted workflows, and demonstrate an emerging awareness of quality, consulting, and ecosystem topics. This position serves as a critical execution anchor on project teams and is a stepping stone toward a Learning Experience Architect path. Daily tasks may include designing learning solutions, building storyboards, incorporating SME feedback, conducting QA, applying AI tools for content drafting, and participating in needs analysis conversations.
