We're Hiring: E-Learning Content Developer / Storyboard Writer | NIIT

Key Responsibilities:

Attend internal and client kick-off meetings
Develop instructional storyboards aligned with design documents

and learning objectives

Create audio narration scripts
Write detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos
Collaborate with Media teams to conceptualize course visuals
Capture screenshots and develop simulations
Review media elements from an instructional design perspective
Test final learning outputs and address review feedback

Participate in design walkthroughs and handover meetings

What We're Looking For: Experience in eLearning content development, storyboarding, or instructional design

Strong writing, visualization, and communication skills
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts
Experience working with multimedia learning content and authoring tools
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
