Instructional Designer: Learning Experience & Multimedia Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Design and produce multimedia learning assets (e.g., templates, guides, toolkits, videos, podcasts, animations) using tools like Camtasia or the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Develop learner-centric experiences including learner personas, learner journeys, and engagement activities Create associate-facing communications such as training announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to script, storyboard, and validate content Ensure accessibility, localization, and brand alignment across all content Support integration of multimedia into SCORM packages and LMS platforms Contribute to measurement strategies and feedback loops to improve learning impact Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong proficiency in multimedia production tools and techniques Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles Creative communicator with a knack for storytelling and visual design Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content creation Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and regulated environment
