Keenmind Designs is looking for an Instructional Designer Intern to join our e-learning and training-design team.

This role is ideal for teachers, content writers, journalism/literature graduates, or freshers with strong writing skills who want to build a career in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Create storyboards and scripts for e-learning modules.
• Convert content into learner-friendly screens and assessments.
• Write clear and engaging instructional content.
• Collaborate with designers and e-learning developers.
• Learn tools such as Articulate Storyline and AI-assisted workflows.

We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good content understanding and structuring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Learner-focused thinking and creativity.
• Exposure to ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools is a plus.

No prior corporate or e-learning software experience required.
