• Role: Instructional Designer
• Location: Noida ,India
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days work from home)
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM IST
• Eligibility: Open to India-based candidates only

Key Responsibilities

• Review design briefs and source materials to identify learning requirements and content gaps.
• Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Create screens, interactions, branching scenarios, and visual learning assets.
• Write, edit, and refine video scripts for motion-based learning content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and script development while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Conduct self-QA testing and validate deliverables before submitting for review.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and maintain documentation of changes made.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and client review calls alongside senior team members.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development.
• Strong experience with Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating engaging video scripts.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted content development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
