Job Description -

Strategic Fundraising & Opportunity Development

• Lead the development of high-value proposals, concept notes, partnership frameworks, and institutional funding applications.

Programme Design & Solution Development

• Collaborate with programme, operations, finance, monitoring and evaluation teams to co-create scalable and evidence-based project designs.

Institutional Partnerships

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal development cycle.
• Support donor engagement processes through strategic documentation, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Contribute to strengthening the organization's long-term institutional funding pipeline.

Others

• Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, International Development, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sector Management, or a related discipline from a premier institution,
• 8-12 years of experience in institutional fundraising, grants management, proposal development, donor relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of developing successful proposals for foundations, CSR donors, multilateral agencies, bilateral organizations, and philanthropic institutions.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
