Institutional Sales Professional - PMS, AIF & Family Offices

• A SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker is hiring for institutional sales focused on PMS houses, AIFs and family offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive investments from Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds and Family Offices across IPOs, listed entities and block deals
• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with PMS houses, AIFs and family offices
• Originate and execute sales opportunities across IPOs, listed securities and block deals
• Add value in IPO syndication and execution of IPO blocks
• Track market developments and investor appetite to position opportunities
• Hard requirement: a strong existing network with PMS houses, AIFs and family offices.

• We are looking for a deep understanding of equity capital markets, IPOs and block deals, excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, and a self-starter with a proven ability to achieve targets.
