Job Summary:
Nibav Home Lifts is looking for an experienced Installation Team Lead to manage day-to-day elevator installation operations and lead a team of technicians. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, supervising installations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily elevator installation activities at assigned sites.
• Lead, guide, and support a team of installation technicians.
• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support for complex installation challenges and escalations.
• Ensure installation procedures are followed as per contractual and safety requirements.
• Maintain installation quality and minimize downtime through effective planning and execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training for technicians.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tools, spares, and material availability.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation updates and concerns.
• Maintain accurate installation records, logs, and reports.
• Support the Manager in performance reviews, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience in elevator service and maintenance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or supervisory role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in elevator systems
• Good leadership and communication skills
