Job Description

Homworks is hiring an experienced Installation Manager to lead installation operations for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customised interior projects. The role involves managing project execution, installation teams, vendors, quality standards, customer escalations, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end installation project execution and delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and installation timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead and manage project managers, site inspectors, measurement executives, installation teams, and carpenters.
• Establish SOPs, installation processes, and quality checklists.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare MIS reports on project progress and performance.
• Manage vendors and contractors, negotiate rates, and monitor service quality.
• Resolve on-site issues, customer escalations, and installation delays.
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce material wastage, and control project costs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in modular furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-out projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and installation teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 per month
