• Build and document standard installation practices for rooftop solar systems
• Define SOPs, checklists, and quality benchmarks
• Ensure standards are aligned with MNRE / DISCOM requirements

• Train internal and external installers
• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing installers
• Act as a knowledge resource for installation teams
