Insolvency & Bankruptcy Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insolvency & Bankruptcy Executive to support a wide range of insolvency and restructuring assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft statutory documents, reports, notices, minutes and professional correspondence
• Coordinate with stakeholders including creditors, directors, debtors, and advisors
• Verification of Claims, IBBI Compliance
• Support insolvency and restructuring engagements
• Manage case administration, timelines, and compliance requirements
• Maintain case records, documentation and working papers
• Manage end to end CIRP and Liquidation process

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CS / Inter CS / CS drop out LLB / PGIP
• Bachelors degree in Law is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of corporate structures
• Prior experience in insolvency / restructuring assignments preferred
