Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in Insights, Market Research, Commercial Analytics, RGM, and Forecasting.
- Proven leadership of large global teams (40+ members) and senior stakeholder management.
- Expertise in consumer/shopper insights, market intelligence, pricing, portfolio optimization, and predictive analytics.
- Strong experience in data analytics, dashboards, AI/GenAI solutions, and business intelligence.
- Strategic leader with a track record of driving growth, profitability, and data-driven business decisions.
- Preferably from FMCG, Retail, Consulting, Market Research, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
