Work Profile (Description):

1. Source potential resources through calls, references, databases, social media and other channels.

2. Screen and assess prospects based on eligibility, communication and suitability.

3. Explain the job opportunity, earning potential, licensing process (if any) and business expectations.

4. Handle candidate queries and objections to build confidence and interest.

5. Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing formalities.

6. Maintain accurate prospect and records, pipeline and follow-up status.

7. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly manpower acquisition targets.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly on boarded resources.

9. Coordinate with the Team Leader to improve manpower acquisition volume.

10. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups.

11. Dialling at least 120 - 150 phone calls in a day.

09:00AM - 06:00PM (Monday - Friday)09:00AM - 04:00PM (Saturday)
