Inside Sales

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage inbound and outbound B2B leads from multiple sources.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads using the BANT framework.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales-ready opportunities for the Field Sales team.
• Nurture potential leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with Pre-sales and Sales teams for lead qualification and smooth handovers.
• Ensure SLA compliance, proper documentation, and post-handover support.
• Follow DPDP guidelines and maintain customer data privacy and compliance.
• Track performance through SQL creation, lead conversion, CRM accuracy, and lead quality.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 3-7 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B tele-sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience selling IT services, software, or enterprise solutions preferred.
• Strong discovery, questioning, and qualification skills.
• Hands-on experience with data mining tools such as Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn, Zoho, or similar.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail. No shortcuts.
