We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven professionals with excellent communication skills to guide candidates toward exciting career opportunities in Germany and Japan.

Location: Noida
Salary: 3 LPA – 5.2 LPA
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with nurses and working professionals to understand their career aspirations and goals.
- Counsel candidates on overseas employment opportunities in Germany and Japan.
- Explain international career prospects, growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial benefits.
- Promote and sell German language training programs to interested candidates.
- Generate conversions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and regular follow-ups.
- Manage leads, maintain accurate candidate records, and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support candidates throughout the process.
Who Can Apply
Graduates from any discipline.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Counselling.
Freshers with excellent English communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and counselling.
Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
