Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive sales growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by providing product demos and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, engineering) to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record of success in online sales, telesales, or outbound sales.
• Strong understanding of educational sales principles and practices; knowledge of internet/online sales platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and negotiation techniques.
