Inside Sales / Tele - Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales / Tele-sales Executives to drive sales of Mobile Phone Accidental Damage Protection, Extended Warranty, AMCs, etc. for Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored service solutions to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails and digital platforms to promote the company's services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Extended warranty, AMC, renewals and others.
• Make 80-120 calls daily to generate new sales.
• Convert leads to sales.
• Complete the sale with necessary document collection, analysis and verification.
• Payment Collection and service contract dispatch through email / CRM.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to build trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Senior Secondary or Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales of the same/similar service products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good at spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• A team player but work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
